Closing 2009

Wow, just can't believe how 2009 has flown by. Has been a good year. Our sweet Anna turned 3, Ezmy will be 2 on the 31. Scooby is 6 and is in the 1st grade. Such wonderful grandbabies.

We lost Kirby this summer! Was very sad. We have a new kitten we've named Frazier. He is somewhat cross-eyed and has fat, furry feet. He likes to chew on my yarn and pounce on Frankie in the middle of the night. lol.

I have lots of wanna do's for the new year. Afraid if I list them, I will curse them, lol, so will just post when I have success.

Here's to a Happy 2010!!

Baby Bonnets

Was hired to make hankerchief baby bonnets this week. Love the way they turned out. Wished I would have seen these when my kids/grandkids were born.

Finally finished Dusty's round afghan. It is done in odds and ends of green with one row of black in between color changes. I used mostly red heart ww. Not 100% sure where I got the pattern, but it was a free one online.

Here is an afghan I made for my son in law's cousin Steve. He just bought his first home and he is a huge 49er's fan. I used a diaganal pattern and rolled the die to determine how many rows I did of each color. Will give it to him today.

Motorcycle vest!

This is a vest that had been torn up in a motorcycle accident. I was hired to put it back together. Left is the before picture, right is the after picture. Customer was very happy! Thank goodness he wasn't seriously hurt in the accident!

Afghan

This is an afghan that I made to give to my secret sister at our revealing dinner. Finished just in time, the dinner is Sat.
